Cynthia Bacheller, M.Ed., CDC
Hello! I am Cynthia Bacheller or “Coach Cyn” as I am affectionately called. I am a CDC® Certified Divorce Coach with a master's degree in education (post-secondary). I have been divorced myself. I am also a stepmother to two amazing young women who have filled my life with the greatest joy I have ever known.
I have been providing divorce, co-parent, and stepfamily coaching since 2012. I left my career in higher education to pursue my interest in creating effective tools and resources (that don’t break the bank!) for those going through custody disagreements and divorce. I know the emotional and financial toll of divorce and custody disagreements first hand. Let me guide you (and even you and your co-parent) to a different way through divorce and custody disputes. Most custody/divorce cases can be settled out of court for a fraction of the cost of going to trial…and going to trial means a judge is ultimately determining you and your co-parents parenting plan, etc. Don’t fall into the trap of unnecessary litigation – try coaching and mediation instead!
I am an approved provider with the state of Florida Department of Children and Families to provide the Parenting and Family Stabilization class on the 3rd Monday of every month from 4pm until 8pm. These classes are $45 and are limited to no more than 6 students to ensure a comfortable, personalized, and engaging experience.
Need the class right away? I also offer “Just-In-Time” classes on various days/times. This is a great option for those who are close to the deadline to file with the court. In this case, you are the only student and therefore this option is more expensive at $100.
Finally, I offer the parenting class for co-parent couples. This option is designed to be a resource for co-parents who are comfortable discussing parenting matters in person. In fact, the courts advise for both co-parents to take the same class whenever possible. Having both co-parents in the same class has many benefits such as: both receive the exact same information, the material and role play examples are tailored to you and your co-parents’ needs, and you can address disagreements with a professional third-party there to mediate the disagreement. This option is $50 per co-parent (both must register for the same date/time).

*Please note: Parents who have filed in Hillsborough and Pasco counties are required to take the class in-person.
