My Master’s of Social Work degree was earned at Fordham University in New York City in 2002. Prior to that I earned a Master’s of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the New School also in New York City in 1993. I received my Undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1991 with a BA in Psychology. I became a Licensed Master of Social Work in NY and planned to open a private practice in NYC but plans changed when my husband and I decided to move with our, at the time, 4 year old daughter to Miami.
I continue my professional development as an active member of the National Association of Social Workers, as the Membership Growth and Chair of NADP-The National Association of Divorce Professionals and by attending conferences that enhance my skills and knowledge. My love for my career and the compassion I possess for my clients make me an effective therapist. |
