I guide adult individuals and couples toward this goal by helping them gain self-awareness, emotional self-regulation, and improved communication and relationship skills.

As a mental health counselor I have assisted many through divorce recovery, premarital and marriage counseling, depression, grief counseling, substance abuse and various personal and relational issues. I am currently a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors, the American Association of Christian Counselors and International Christian Coaching Association.

I have pursued extensive post-graduate training including: Divorce Recovery, PREPARE/ENRICH Premarital and Marriage Enrichment Counseling, Gottman Method Couples Therapy - Level I, PAIRS (Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills), Sexual Addiction, Attachments, and Professional Life Coaching.
